What to expect...
At Spark Rehabilitation, we've made our booking process as simple as possible to ensure you get the care you need quickly and efficiently. Here's a quick guide to how it works, depending on the service you're interested in.
For Physio, Kin, RMT or Occupational Assessment appointments:
When you're ready to book an appointment, you have two options:
- Use the "Book Now" button on our website to fill out a short form with your basic information and the service you're interested in.
- Contact our office directly to get started via phone or email!
- Our reception staff will then reach out to you to get more details about your injury and confirm your extended health coverage.
- They will then book you with the right provider and send you an intake form to complete before your appointment.
- When you arrive for your appointment at our Sault Ste. Marie clinic, simply check in at the front desk, and our reception team will handle the rest, including processing your extended health benefits.
For All Other Services (SLP, OT, SW, etc.)
For these services, our process is a little different to ensure you are matched with the best provider for your needs. You can get started in one of three ways:
- Use the "Book Now" button on our website to fill out a short form with your basic information and the service you're interested in.
- Email us and our team will reply with a templated email asking for a bit more information.
- Call us directly, and we will gather the necessary information from you over the phone.
- Once we have your information, it will be passed on to our intake coordinator. They will then will reach out or will contact you to schedule an intake call, which typically lasts 15-30 minutes.
- During this call, they will gather all the necessary details to match you with a provider and arrange the next steps for your care.
- When you arrive for your scheduled appointment at one of
our three clinics
(Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, or Espanola), you will still check in at the front desk before meeting with your provider.
